Flavor
We have amazing “go to” recipes that have been tested and tweaked until the flavor and consistency are just right. We do not list specific flavors as we will customize any of our cakes to meet your flavor choice. This includes Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegan options.
We primarily use Swiss Meringue Buttercream as our frosting. This recipe has been perfected and receives many compliments as to how light and mildly sweet it is. The recipe will be adjusted to reflect your flavor choice.
We want to create the perfect cake for you. Many bakeries and cake decorators will “wow” you with the appearance but sacrifice the flavor and visa versa. Our goal is to deliver the best looking and tasting cake that can’t be found anywhere else.

In addition to our centerpiece cakes, we also create European Desserts including handmade Eclairs, Tarts, and Petits Fors. We also offer Specialty Cupcakes, Truffles, Hand-Painted Chocolate Boxes, Brownies, Party Favors, Cookies, Pies, and much more.
